Hello! We just received a new AxiDraw, and have been testing it out. The pen motor is lifting the vertical slide, but the vertical slide isn’t lowering itself and the pen after it has been lifted. To draw, the vertical slide needs to be gently pushed down to reconnect with the paper. Any suggestions?
Would you contact us via email so we can do some debugging with you to find out what the root cause is?
