    Hello!
I have recently purchased the Axidraw V3/A3 and it seems in perfect condition except for one big problem. It plots perfectly a4 sized vectors, however when I try to plot an A3 sized one (which is it’s main purpose) it only plots the corresponding image in A4 size which is way smaller than the desired one. It also gives me the following error after finishing:

Warning: AxiDraw movement was limited by its physical range of motion. If everything looks right, your document may have an error with its units or scaling. Contact technical support for help!

I would appreciate any help in order to solve this issue.
Inkscape version is 0.91 by the way (0.92 does not seem to work at all)

    Thank you

In the Version tab of AxiDraw Control, please double (then triple) check that you have “AxiDraw V3/A3” selected from the AxiDraw Model pop-up menu.

You can verify that the full plot area is available by plotting (for example) a large rectangle with no pen in the holder.

If you do have AxiDraw V3/A3 selected, and are still having trouble, let us know, and we’ll follow up separately.

If you need to use Inkscape 0.92 and are using Windows, please make sure that you properly uninstall any other versions of Inkscape before trying to install 0.92.

I have tried to check what you say in the axidraw control menu, however the model selected doesn´t appear in any of the popups. Why might this be?

    I await your answer,
    Thank you

It sounds like you’re using an old version of the software.

You seem to seem to be e-mailing the same questions to us as well. To avoid answering each question twice, I’ll follow up with the e-mail chain.
