When plotting some small shapes, lines and circles, the accuracy decreases further on the y-axis.
Here is a example:

The carriage of the y-axis becomes lower when all the way out. I measure 2mm less hight of the pen at the end than at the home corner.Any tips or ideas how to make it better?
It looks like your XY carriage may have been bumped out of alignment.

If it has been bumped out of alignment, it is something that you will be able to fix yourself (and the necessary tools are included with the AxiDraw).
