    After doing all steps the plotter just go draw a diagonal line do some very small movements and return and a red light turn on and keep it on.

    The red lights on the board indicate which direction the motors last turned. They do not indicate any sort of error.

    sorry to look, in fact i am, a rookie on this matters. but i tried to plot a sample and again just a diagonal line comes out. macOS Catalina is there an issue because of this?

    Should I understand that you are trying to plot something _other_ than a diagonal line?

    yes indeed. I even tried the samples that you can download from your page for testing purposes.
