Hi:
Followed directions and put the menorah together.
Looks good, but when I turn it on – it gets hot and does not light up?
Followed directions pretty well..
Little help?..

Hot is not good. I suggest you not turn it on again until you figure out what is wrong. A couple of first things to check: is your chip backwards? Is your battery box hooked up backwards?
