    I have downloaded the new inkscape 64 bit and have now also loaded the new Eggbot 2.40 extension.  Little late to ask, but are they compatible?

    Is there any merit in staying with the older 32 bit version of Inkscape for use with the Eggbot?  My feeling is if I am still in learning mode with Inkscape I might as well be learning the latest version.

    Any comments?

    The extensions currently work with Inkscape version 0.48.5. 

    They will also work with the 0.91 prerelease, but the installer does not yet know this, and you may need to manually install the extensions.

    I should note that the new release of the EggBot software (v 2.5.0) works with Inkscape 0.91, and is compatible with 32 bit and 64 bit versions on Windows.
