Just unboxed a second axidraw and the weight of the pen doesn’t drop the holder. Gravity without a pen doesn’t drop it either. Seems there is too much friction for it to drop on its own
It looks like you’ve also written to tech support; we’ll follow up there.
Can you post an update on how to troublshoot when you have this problem? My Pen won’t move
