    Hi,

My Axidraw V3/A3 appears to be slipping/loosing power on the X-Axis.

You can see on this image: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3mlhocq797poror/Slipping%201%20Compare.jpg?dl=0
The image shows the plot on the right and the vector on the left. It plots from bottom to top. Around the eyes you can see it slow down the and lines get squooshed in as the x-axis slows down.

It’s a pretty new machine, I got it in February this year, I haven’t done many plots on it, less than 30. Any thoughts on how to remedy?

    Many thanks
    Simon

    Hi Simon,
It sounds like you may not have selected the right AxiDraw model in AxiDraw Control. Please make sure that you have AxiDraw V3/A3 selected in the “Version” tab.

Looking at the picture, that’s not actually limiting the X travel — so it’s not the version selected. I see that you’ve been emailing us as well, so we’ll follow up there. No need to work through this twice in parallel.
