    It is directly conneceted by a USB cable…i tried several USB cables

    I can also not stopp drawing pressing the PRG button on the EBB..it’s not reacting

    I asked the EBB for its version info, and it replied:
    EBBv13_and_above EB Firmware Version 2.7.0

    Which operating system this is on: Microsoft, Windows 10
    Which version of Inkscape: 1.1
    How you installed the EggBot software– was it bundled with AxiDraw, for example?: Yes

    Hey, the 3V3 V lamp stay on when I have _only_ the USB connector plugged in (not power) and wiggle the cable back and forth. The eggbot runs..it also draws everything it should…only the error message comes after every drawing.

    ok guys, i tried everything you mentioned. The 3.3V lamp is green…every time, the USB Lamp is also green an goes on and off still I have the follwing error warning when I try to draw 3 small lines:

    ok…so the “3.3 V” power light on the power light on the EBB turn on and off. This means I should ue antother USB cable?

    I also tried another USB Port…its the same…in addition it also looks like the eggbot doesn’t draw properly…it can’t draw a real square…it becomes more like a rectangle and a small circle becomes an egg

    thank you very much for your quick answer. unfortunatelly this has not helped. I tryed now to paint a circle on the egg..this ERROR comes up:
