the solar cells are tabbed together 9×2 with bus bar on top and bottom.  i might have the bus bars wrong which is why i was asking the concept so i know what to expect. i know when i took it out side it did get volts but didn’t understand how it works LoL

the solar cells are fairly small and only have one solder spot through the middle.

i am a newb but it all depends on what u are trying to do.  what is the end result?

is the cap for a reason or to stabilize power to battery?  might be obvious but im a newb

if your cap is not big enough get a bigger one ;) 

perhaps in parallel with overflow to batteries or another cap
