    thank you, yes very pleased with the result, a fine piece of hardware :)

    the damage is only on the housing, its not too bad but i guess it must have had quite an impact since it is not easy to deform such a strong part! here is a quick picture, i’ll try to make one in the daylight which is a bit clearer but its also visible in this picture:

    thanks for tue quick reply :) yes it must have been handled quite roughly as the end of the x axis (not the end with the board but the one where there is only the stepper motor is) is dented or bent which must have taken quite a bit of force since this is such a rigid part. luckily everything is fully functional so i dont really mind.

    i also have now found the excenter screws and readjusted the alignment of the bearings. i am happy to say that my axidraw now works as intended and is very very precise without any unwanted moving parts! thanks again, really happy, very nice machine :) keep it up guys, greetings from austria :)
